Hand poured · one of one

Pieces that hold the light.

Trays, dice, clocks and keepsakes cast by hand with real stone, pressed flowers and a little moonlight. Nothing here is repeated — if a piece calls to you, it is the only one there will ever be.

Poured, sanded and polished in small batches. Most pieces need a few weeks between the first pour and the post.

Four kinds of making

What comes out of the workshop

Everything below is cast, finished and photographed by one pair of hands. Pick the kind of thing you are after.

Why nothing repeats

One of one is not a slogan. It is how resin behaves.

  • The stone decides. No two pieces of rough have the same pattern, so no two pours can land the same way.
  • Flowers are pressed once. A bloom goes into one piece and it is gone — that is the whole idea.
  • Small batches only. Moulds are filled a few at a time, finished by hand, checked against the light.

The stones

Chosen for what they hold

Every piece carries a stone, and the stone is the reason most people pick one piece over another. If you have a stone of your own — one that was given to you, or one from a place — send it, and it can go into the piece.

Emily

For tides and new starts — a white sheen that moves when you turn it.

Amethyst

For quiet heads. Violet through clear resin, deepest where the light stops.

Rose quartz

For softness. Pale pink, never quite the same twice, best in small pieces.

Clear quartz

The one that takes the light anywhere. Reads as water when it is polished.

From mould to post

How a piece is actually made

Four stages, no shortcuts. This is why a piece takes weeks rather than days, and why the edges look the way they do.

  1. 01

    Choose

A shape, a stone, a colour that means something to you.

  2. 02

    Pour

Two parts mixed by hand, the stone set where it will be seen, bubbles worked out.

  3. 03

    Cure

Days under cover, untouched. Nothing can be hurried here without ruining it.

  4. 04

    Finish

Flattened, sanded through the grits, polished until the edges go glassy.

Every finished piece is claimed in a message, not a basket — one of one means two people can want it at once. Tell me which piece you are looking at and I will hold it for you.
